The signature Forma Dining Table, with a gold gilded interior, was the first dining table Nimmo created. It seems to magically glow from within; when people see it, they often ask where the light is coming from. Some say this table looks like the dancing ladies of Matisse, but actually the Ballare Dining Table was inspired by a mid-century Mexican artist who worked in metal. Nimmo was intrigued by the whimsey of dancing women and used their shapes to make a sculptural statement. Look through the glass top, and the dark exterior with a gilded gold interior creates an illusion of shadows and movement.
